Designed and implemented an end-to-end data engineering workflow to support a UK feasibility study on treatment initiation. Built reproducible SQL pipelines to identify relevant products, extract prescription events, define index patients, and enrich cohorts with prescriber specialty, obesity evidence (diagnosis codes and BMI-derived flags), diabetes history, antidiabetic treatment exposure, patient lookback history, and follow-up duration. Delivered analysis-ready cohort tables and structured outputs enabling flowchart counts and descriptive statistics for clinical feasibility assessment.
